Let's now look at some useful codes for Android phone users. They will help them to know their safety and also to know if they are being tracked.
- *#21# is the code that will allow the users to know whether their messages, calls are being diverted somewhere else. Using this code the users can find the details regarding the call forwarding. This code even lets the users know whether call forwarding is enabled or disabled on their device
- *#62# is the code that the Android users can use to know whether their calls, messages, and data are being redirected somewhere. The users can know whether their calls and messages are being redirected to their operator’s number
- ##002# code will allow the users to deactivate call forwarding in their device. If you ever feel that your calls and messages are redirected, then you can simply make use of this code to deactivate redirects
- *#06# code lets the users know the IMEI number of their device which is the International Mobile Equipment Identifier. The IMEI number is needed to find your device if someone has stolen it
*#*#4636#*#* code lets the users know if someone is following them or tracking them, after typing this code from the dial pad in your device, select the UTMS cell environment, then select UTMS RR info, then note down all the numbers under Cell ID, then go to the main menu and then navigate to MM info tab>Serving PLMN and note down the numbers under Local area code, then you need to visit the http://opencellid.org/ website and there you can find the basic location of your phone on the map by selecting the fourth tab to the left.
