But there is a major flaw which is that you cannot actually take scrolling screenshots with the Snipping Tool available in Windows 10. Steps to take scrolling screenshots in Windows 10
• You can find many applications that are available online to take scrolling screenshots. One of them is PicPick.

• After the download is complete, install the application on your PC.

• When you open it for the first time, it will ask you to change the hotkeys. Then click "Yes" and on the next screen click "OK". If the application does not register the hotkeys, just click "Cancel".

• Then open the page you want to take a scrolling screenshot of. Finally, press Ctrl + Alt + PrtSc and a scrolling capture window will open. Here, just click on the window and it will automatically start scrolling down. You can also manually scroll to the bottom of the page.

• PicPick will automatically open the full page screenshot if it reaches the bottom of the page. Then you can also crop the screenshot by clicking the "Select" tool.

• Here, click on "File" in the upper right menu and then click on the "Save As" option. You can save the scrolling screenshot in any format you like.
