Step 1: Visit the official website of VAHAN click here to check the vehicle owner name.
Note: try & try untill the results come. For one click it will not come 

Step 2: On top of the page, click on ‘Know Your Vehicle Details’. (at Top Navigation menu)

Step 3: On the new page, enter the vehicle registration number (Car or Bike Plate Number).

Step 4: Enter the human verification code and click on ‘Search Vehicle’.

Step 5: Make a note of the car or bike owner’s name and other details of the vehicle.
