1. How to check in Instagram App

  1. Goto your profile.
  2. Tap on three horizontal line icon.
  3. Tap on settings in the bottom.
  4. Tap on Security, and then scroll down to the bottom.
  5. Tap on Access Data.
  6. Tap Login activity(View All) under the Account Activity.
2. How to check in facebook App
  1. Login to the Facebook account whose activity you want to see.
  2. Click on the dropdown arrow (top right corner), and choose "Settings".
  3. Select the "Security" options on the left.
  4. Click on "Where You're Logged In" at the bottom.
3. How to check in Twitter App
  1. Tap your profile icon to access the main menu.
  2. Tap Settings and privacy.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Tap Apps & session.
4. How to check in Gmail
  1. Login to the Gmail account into the Google Chrome browser.
  2. Log into your Gmail account and scroll down to the bottom of your inbox. Then click the Details link at the bottom of the page.
  3. That will bring up a log that displays the number of places you have logged in from — including your current session. The information includes the browser type, Location/Country, IP address, and date and time. If something looks off, it will be flagged like in the example below.
