1. How to check in Instagram App
- Goto your profile.
- Tap on three horizontal line icon.
- Tap on settings in the bottom.
- Tap on Security, and then scroll down to the bottom.
- Tap on Access Data.
- Tap Login activity(View All) under the Account Activity.
2. How to check in facebook App
- Login to the Facebook account whose activity you want to see.
- Click on the dropdown arrow (top right corner), and choose "Settings".
- Select the "Security" options on the left.
- Click on "Where You're Logged In" at the bottom.
3. How to check in Twitter App
- Tap your profile icon to access the main menu.
- Tap Settings and privacy.
- Select Account.
- Tap Apps & session.
4. How to check in Gmail
- Login to the Gmail account into the Google Chrome browser.
- Log into your Gmail account and scroll down to the bottom of your inbox. Then click the Details link at the bottom of the page.
- That will bring up a log that displays the number of places you have logged in from — including your current session. The information includes the browser type, Location/Country, IP address, and date and time. If something looks off, it will be flagged like in the example below.
