While the best and easiest way to install a VPN on your Android device is to download the app, Android has built-in settings that will make it easy to install a VPN without an app. Basic VPN setup on Android is simple and can be done in a few easy steps. However, not all VPNs can be installed without an app, and those that do have some limitations.
  1. Open the Settings menu of the phone.
  2. Tap on Wi-Fi & Internet or Wireless & networks
  3. Tap on VPN 
  4. Now click on ( + ) to add VPN.
  5. In name you can enter any name 
  6. In type select L2TP / IPSEC PSK
  7. Now go to vpngate.net website & select any server with less ping 
  8. Then copy address
  9. Add you copied service address in server address
  10. In the IPsec pre shared key type VPN
  11. Now click on show advanced options
  12. In the forwarding routes add 0.0.0.0/0
  13. Then add any user name and password & click on save 
  14. Now whenever you want to connect to VPN just click on Free and you will connected. 
  15. And that's it..
