But the social media giant has taken a step forward and has come up with tips for spotting fake news at the top of news channels. The social media giant has started this feature as of February 7.   • Many false news websites have awkward layouts and spelling mistakes, check for them as well.
  • False news stories may have altered dates.
  • Check out for the sources of the author to check their authenticity.
  • And sometimes, if no other website is reporting regarding this story, there may be a chance about it being fake.
  • Think deep before you share something after you read the story.
